Pair Large Vintage Chinese Lamps
Pair Large Vintage Chinese Lamps. A beautiful pair of lamps decorated with trees and blossom. They are a ceramic vase type on a wooden base with a rise and fall mechanism to adjust the shade height. They measure at shortest 63cm and at tallest 85cm. They have no chips or cracks.
The brass mountings have been painted in the past and this paint is falling off. The paint could be stripped off and the brass polished up which would look great. They are working , each takes two standard bayonet bulbs , come with switches on the flex and plugs. The wiring is original 2 core and would need checking out by an electrician to be sure to comply with modern regulations. The shades are not included in the sale as they are grubby and stained.
