C e l es ti a l N o n e s u ch. A gorgeous and large antique enamel jar with foo dog finial. Chinese, dating to the 19th century, Qing dynasty. A great object for study or display, this will make a nice addition to any student or appreciators collection of Chinese art and artifacts. Some loss of enamel, including around the foo dog finial, as well as on the inside of the jar and on the underside of the lid. Some damage around the perimeter of the body, specifically around the rim. The lid only really fits onto the body at a certain position. Exhibits signs of age such as surface wear and weathering.
