Early/Mid 20th c Large Chinese Temple Jar - Greek Key & Court Scene 15.5 Tall. A beautiful Chinese temple jar, main decoration consists of Chinese fruit and butterflies, there are four panels, two depicting court scenes and two with birds and butterflies, also has three bands around the body and one around the cap with a gilt Greek key design, the lid has a large gilt finial, a superb piece has little wear and some tiny firing spots to a small area of the shoulder, size is 395 mm, 15.5 tall and weighs a substantial 3.5 kilo unpacked.
