Absolutely superb Chinese large bowl with a beautiful turquoise glaze to the interior and a very high quality white glaze to exterior, hand painted with lotus flowers in iron red, with auspicious shou characters. Measures approx 16 cm diameter and approx 8cm tall. Some wear to the rim gilding, and discolouration or dirt in some areas, and some wear to the foot.

Also there is some crazing in the turquoise glaze in an area on the inside around the edge (see pictures), and if you run your fingernail along it or across it, it is completely smooth, so it may be a firing flaw. There are no chips, cracks or restoration to this bowl, it is in very good antique condition. Yongzheng mark to the base, but Probably 19th century.
