Great Large Antique Chinese Qing 19th C Silk Embroidery Sleeve 26 1875

  

This is a large / wide antique late 19th century Chinese Qing Period silk embroidery double sleeve depicting women in a landscape scene, with flowering trees, rocky outcroppings and Buddhist precious objects. The panel is in very good condition as noted in the photos and is under glass in a later wooden frame. The frame shows slight signs of wear.

There is an old label on the back that was affixed in mid-1970's, dating the piece to 1875. The panel measures approximately 25 3/4" (65.40 cm) high x 12 3/4" (32.38 cm) wide without frame.
