This is an unusual Tang style lion carved in the 16th C. The carving is exceptional, the size is unusual, and you wont find another one like it anywhere on the market. I dont have a best offer turned on as Im not keen to sell it unless its for the full amount. It has a repaired tongue which should be removed, very old cracks here and there, but is otherwise intact and quite imposing!! Measures 15 tall by 8.5 wide by 6 deep.
