Stunning Antique 19th/20th Century Large 14.5/37cm Cantonese Round Punch Bowl. A truly stunning, very large, late 19th/early 20th century Cantonese round punch bowl, beautifully brightly decorated with scholistic figures, butterflies, birds and with floral/leaf ground.

Excellent condition with absolutely no chips or cracks - amazing really given its size and age. There is some wear to the gilt edges and the faces of some of the figures have faded, perhaps from being displayed in a sunny position over time.

This is a VERY large bowl at 37cm (14.5") diameter, 15.5cm (6") high and it weighs over 3kg. This is a very genuine antique item, rare and in great condition.
